01. Ownership and Rights
Upon final payment, the Client assumes 100% ownership of the website architecture, custom source code, and domain administrative rights. JMCY WEB SOLUTIONS retains no proprietary "locks" or hidden access to your digital assets.
02. Development Transparency
All projects are developed using a private GitHub repository protocol. Clients are granted viewer access to monitor real-time commits, code integrity, and project milestones.
03. Payment & Milestone Protocol
We operate on a 50/50 payment structure: 50% initial commitment to begin architecture and 50% final balance upon project completion and client satisfaction before final domain transfer.
