Standard Operating Agreements
Our commitment to technical transparency, development integrity, and standard partnership protocols.
1. Project Initiation & Deposits
Development milestones are strictly sequential. Project architecture begins upon confirmation of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
2. Real-Time Staging Links
We provide full development transparency. A unique, private GitHub-linked staging URL will be issued upon initiation for real-time visual progress monitoring.
3. Ownership & Delivery
Upon receipt of the final 50% payment, full ownership rights to the custom code, final design assets, and administrative credentials are transferred to the Client.
4. Staging Revision Cycle
Revision requests should be submitted within 7 business days of a milestone's live staging. Revisions submitted post-launch are considered out of scope.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your IP. All code, databases, and visual prototypes hosted on our staging servers remain strictly confidential and will never be shared without Client consent.
6. Liability Limitation
JMCY WEB SOLUTIONS is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, domain DNS issues, or force majeure events once final deployment is confirmed.
7. Project Termination
In the event of project termination, the final 50% balance is waived, and JMCY WEB SOLUTIONS will deliver all custom work completed up to the last confirmed milestone.
8. Technical Support
Every custom build includes 30 days of standard post-launch support for any critical bugs or deployment issues resulting from our custom architecture.
